Yes. Once the project is paid for, all code belongs to you outright. No licensing fees, no lock-in. If you want to self-host, you get a step-by-step Cloudflare setup guide. If you'd rather not, I can host it for you as an optional extra once the project is complete.
A Starter site (1 to 3 pages) typically takes 5 to 7 days. A Growth build (4 to 7 pages) takes around 2 weeks. Business-tier and Cloudflare projects vary, and you get a realistic timeline in your quote before anything starts.
No. Every site is hand-coded in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. No WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or drag-and-drop builders. That means faster load times, cleaner code, better SEO and a site that is genuinely yours.
Yes. I build and maintain production apps on Cloudflare Workers and Pages using D1, KV, R2, Durable Objects, Cron Triggers, Turnstile and Email routing. Yes, as an optional extra once your site is finished. Sites are deployed on Cloudflare's global network, and I can look after hosting, DNS and uptime monitoring for a small monthly fee. You can also host it yourself using the deployment guide at no extra cost.
Small tweaks in the first 14 days after launch are included. After that, changes are quoted individually, or you can add an optional monthly updates plan. Nothing happens without your approval first.
Yes. Everything is done remotely. I'm UK-based (GMT/BST), which makes communication straightforward with most of Europe and workable further afield. Payment in GBP is preferred but alternatives can be discussed.
